This release contains a major version update (Forge 35.1.11 -> 35.1.37).
BACKUP YOUR WORLD BEFORE UPDATING! Perfect compatibility is not ensured.
This version includes everything that was modified in the 2.0 Beta, see below for the old changelog.

When updating from 1.16.3 to 1.16.4 the dimensions will break. 
To fix them install the Dimension Scalpel mod and run the following command in Cheat/OP mode:
/dimensionscalpel reset_dimension_registry; then rejoin your world / restart your server once or twice.
(You shouldn't lose any data)
