Removed Hunger Overhaul and The Spice of Life. I feel like these just added unnecessary complexity to early game survival, while lategame they are more annoying than difficult.

Added Iguana Tinker Tweaks, with heavily modified config. Non-Tinkers' tools are not useless (this is not a GregTech pack), and tools can level up a large amount of times and will get crazy amounts of modifiers from leveling. I mostly added this for tinkers tool leveling and replacing parts.

Added MineTweaker and MineTweaker Recipe Maker, and used those to make the Thermal Expansion machine frame and Ender IO machine chassis require steel instead of iron. Basically, all tech mods are now supposed to be gated behind steel, even if it is easy to get.

And of course, updated all mods to the most recent, inter-compatible versions. This means no forestry 4, but everything else should be up to date.
