Removed Mods for Balance Purposes: Lootr Chests Ars Noveau, along with the additional Ars expansions

Updated all mods that needed to be.

We also replaced HT's Tree Chopping with fast leaf decay since FTB Ultimine is already able to take care of it and it causes issues when doing both of them.

This should be one of the final patches for Version 1, Version 2 will likely be released in the future and will add many new mods while removing the bad/ineffective mods. It will also likely have it's own texture pack with a quest book introduction. The logo will be refreshed, but the old versions will still be available.
