Major balancing:

Removed duplicate ores from most mods, most ores will now be Thermal expansion, apart from those that are exclusive to specific mods

Major lag fixes:

Removed Atomic science: The mod was using lots of tick time, was unfinished, and was pointless, given the other nuclear reactors in the game

Disabled some features of quark which used lots of tick time (Hooked into Living entity update event, one of the events checked every slot in the players inventory every tick!)

Removed:

Removed CT Script for remove smelting iron to steel recipe (was no longer necessary as the appropriate config option was changed in a previous update)

Removed CT Script adding recipes for atomic science as the mod has been removed

Buf Fixes:

Fixed issue where sometimes ore dictionary doesn't work and crafting with one mod's block results in another mods ingots (and disabled one item per dict entry in unidict to prevent useless items were this to occur in any other situation)
