Last of the fat cutting updates. Removing a few more mods that don't quite fit or take up a ton of resources, but after this update more mods will be added.

Changed spawn distance of structures from 2 to 1.25

**Snow! Real Magic!: **

Snow Makes Ice changed from True to False

Snow and Ice melt in warm biomes changed from False to True

Max Snow Layers changed from 8 to 4

Dragon Mounts Legacy:

Replenish Dragon Egg changed from True to False

Amendments:

Potions per layer changed from 2 to 3

Potion mixing limit changed from 8 to 2
