Just a few small tweaks and changes from the 1.4 update. Didn't add any mods but removed some for various reasons.

-Removed Create: Oppenhiemred (Mostly for balancing reasons as I was not a fan of some features)

-Removed Ice Enchantments (I prefer the special ice effects being exclusive to ice weapons in the modpack)

-Removed Immersive Weathering (Didn't work well with Create and caused certain tags to be cooked)

-Removed Created Updated (A resource pack to update the Create Textures but I didn't like the wrench texture)
