MCRL - Paradigm Update
On the server, we have went through a rolling update process where all the updates flowed with the world, preventing the continuous reset of the world. In this, i have made mild mistakes and enabled some people to progress so fast that not even light would catch up; i quickly patched this out and resolved the problem but by then the damage has already been done. All of these meta exploits that ruined the game to a degree are now gone and its time for a reset. 

The server will reset on the day this update goes live, and while unfortunate, it has to be done. 
Mekanism is being removed
Industrialcraft will take its place instead 
A few draconic recipes also change
The rockhounding mod is added 
The way players gain experience with level is mildly dampened from last time, but never decreased to the point of being less than normal
The difficulty changes stay the same majorly, with a few little tweaks here and there.
