Added more mobs
Fixed infinite witchery charcoal bug 
Removed wizardry, it was causing above bug
Added astral sorcery instead
Fixed very odd glitch where trees from bewitchment would not drop anything, making witch farming impossible
Fixed Mekanism and Applied Energistics not responding normally to reskillable 
Added LeveUp Reloaded so that the difficulty could be counteracted eventually, after getting so out of hand
Killing a mob now increases the difficulty by one, and killing blights decreases difficulty by 4 instead of 20, death decreases by 5, increased exp multiplier quite a bit, decreased health scaling and damage scaling slightly.
