MC Resonance Horizons

This is kind of a lot of changes went through. Particularly more quests and balancing of RPG Mob leveling.

Known Issue: We are aware of the custom_payload crash. Please bear with us as we are still trying to fix it.

Note: If you are hosting on Linux PC, I have switched to Simple Backups mod. For some reason, FTB Backups 3 was not respecting the absolute location of the path in the config and just used default save location. So make sure to configure your backup configs.. the one for simple backups config, not FTB backups config

Changes
- Even more nerfs to mobs levels. It will take roughly ~10k blocks before reaching max level
- Some attribute changes for mobs in RPG Mob Levels. Should scale slower as you adventure further out but has a higher maximum now.
- Hopefully fixed some of the movement speed issues with mobs
- New/Updated Quest Chapters!
- When Dungeon Arises will no longer immediately auto complete the first quest. This was changed to a checkmark.
- Removed Outdated shaders... forgot to do that
- Sophisticated Storage upgrade recipes have been changed to fully use Create mod now. This is an overall nerf to crafting the upgrades
- Lowered AmbientSounds overall volume from 100% to 25%
- Removed stale configs
