MC Expansion

 

 

SUMMARY

MC Expansion is a modpack that I created for what I think some of the features and things should exist in-game but never add-in. This modpack is base on Minecraft version 1.15.2 and then adds some of the mod that I think was an improvement for it. I hope that more and more authors can develop better mods in the future and create a mod that can fit in the game without changing it too much. The main mod for this modpack is quark mod and the partners, supertools mod, and aquaculture mod. This modpack is only avaliable for 1.15.2.

 

In the future, I would like to add in mods the recreate the future version of Minecraft such as 1.16 the nether update. I'll keep on update This modpack as soon as possible.

 

This modpack has 3 versions of it:

Lite, Advanced, and Premium.

Base on your computer situation, choose the right version to make sure the mods are all run smoothly.

 

Recommendation:

≥2GB RAM: Lite

≥4GB RAM: Advanced

≥6GB RAM: Premium

You may lose some of the features if you're choosing a small version modpack.

*My Computer only can run Advanced... So pls, report to me if some bug we're found in premium version modpack. I'll try to work on all the mod on Premium version, but only The Endergetic expansion and Update Aquatic I haven't try to play with.

 

MAIN FEATURES

• Armor

Now All the Ore have their own unique features

• Died information

When you've died, the XYZ information will be display and a map will be given to help get your staff back asap.

• Own Character Skills
• Emote
• Sideway Slab

All Types of slab will now have a sideway slab to decorate you build.

• All Carave Stone
  
• All Wood Type and Boat
  
• More 16 Color Blocks
• Cake

Cake can now make by different material and own unique features.

• Items

All fish type can now catch into a bucket, some new type of fish added.

Bee, silverfish, and Endermite can be caught into a bottle.

• Cutter

GlassCutter, StoneCutter, and sawmill for glass, stone , and wood.

• Upgradable Hopper & Ladder

ALERT: Because of the version you download, some features may not include in the modpack. Hope to take note (All feature are included in Premium).

You can add mods to modpack if you feel like the mod is a must to you, like JEI. Because I need to reduce the lag add the amount of RAM your computer using so I had to remove some mods to make sure it can be run smoothly. I DONT RESPORN TO WHAT YOU ADD-IN TO THE MODPACK IF SOME BUGS HAPPEN.

 

SETUP & INSTALLATION

• FORGE:  The version I have currently packaged with the modpack is forge-<small>1.15.2 - 31.2.0</small>-universal.jar, the latest version of Forge for 1.15.2 should work.
• PARAMETERS:  Default RAM won't be enough.  Recommend allocating 2 to 8GB's of RAM. You can do this by going to Launch Options, enabling JVM Arguments, and changing "-Xmx1G" to "-Xmx2G".
• Example: "-Xmx2048m -Xms256m -XX:PermSize=256m"
• Base on the Vision you choose you may need to change the amount of the RAM you need to run the modpack.

 

• FILES:  (For manual install using the server pack only, which can also be used for client as well) Make sure there is nothing in your mods or config folders, then copy the folders over from this modpack into your Minecraft directory. Or create a new file and copy the mods and all files to link your Minecraft directory, tutorial can be found in youtube.
  

 

• OPTIFINE:  I'd personally recommend the use of Optifine, for some reason the Forge can't work with Optifine for now. You need to install a mod (Optiforge) to run Optifine with Forge for now, may change in the future.

 

FUTURE IDEAS

I am still looking for some mods to add in this modpack.

The Netherite by DWNY will update the nether to what 1.16 future minecraft version looks like.

Some mods may add-in to the Lite and Advanced version if necessary.

REPORTS BUGS & ISSUES

Some mod authors keep develop and updating their mod, I will keep updating this mod pack to ensure the bugs fixed. Please report to me if some problem was found in this modpack, I try my best to fixed (Because I NOT A DEVELOPER). :) If updating some mod can be fixed the bugs, I'll comment at here to let you guys know.

I'll list out the bugs and issues here if it been found.

-Cake mod have some vision glitch.

-Sawmill mod only cut vanilla minecraft wood type.

-Bonsai tree mod have some vision glitch when place between block or when tree inside pot growing.

-Flowerpot mod can only place vanilla minecraft flower. REMOVED

-Botany pot mod cound't use color flowerpot mod to craft. REMOVED

PLEASE DONT UPDATE SOME MOD IN THIS MODPACK IT WILL CRUSH EITHER IT IS FABRIC OR IT IS NOT SUPPORT.
