Did some config junk with JSON to make Icarus compatible with 1.16.5.

Updated to 1.16.5.

Added Origins, Mob Origins, and Lato Origins.

Replaced Netherite Horse Armor with Netherite Plus Mod, which adds netherite elytras, tridents, fishing rods, shulkers, and other items.

Fixed several crashes having to do with the better end mod.

Added better nether.
