The Spellcasting Update!

This update fixes a lot of miscellaneous bugs and adds new content. It is a large update.
As always please BACKUP your worlds before attempting to update to an old world. 

Any items/blocks/entities from removed mods will be deleted from the world. Proceed with caution.
