Changes: 

Let loose with ProjectE most recipes are back to default.
Gem armor and the watch are still uncraftable. I want to add non-emc stuff from exploration to those recipes, stay tuned.
Project Expansion still needs some luck.

Golden lassos are edible and uncraftable.  I can't figure out how to stop them from being broken.
Skill points are now attainable just like usual. They scale up to 7200 linearly from 15 at the first. Double the points though, have fun!
