MattPack Origins

Adjusted configs to nerf WayShrines, especially for shorter distances, to encourage other methods of travel and transport.

Added recipe for the Orb of Origins allowing players to change their race and class. At the moment this recipe is intentionally costly and hard to get early game to make the initial class decision more important and to avoid allowing quick class switching to gain an advantage. This can be changed in the scripts folder if desired.

Removed access to /back and nerfed /home so players can't warp home while a dragon is eating them.

Removed access to /anvil and other similar commands that negate the utility of making the actual crafting stations
