Fixes and tweaks:

-Dragon Ash to slag in furnace

-Grass clump drop fixed for Iron+ shovels.  No more grass clump spam.

-Removed more bad potions from Ankh of pray.

-Fixing fakePlayer console spam.

-Fixed staged recipes in AE2, Cyclic, Immersive Engineering,  and RFTools crafters.  Also in EnderIO Crafter but not Simple crafter.... can't figure that one's package/container name out, as well as TE's Sequential Fabricator.
