Re-Re-Upload of 1.0.9/1.0.9b because CurseForge is completely broken today? "Object Reference not set to an Instance of an object"

 

Small fixes and tweaks:

-TechReborn Blast Furnace quest should detect now to complete the quest.

-Set NBT Ignore in a few other quests to hopefully prevent more failed detections.

-Tweaked dragon quests to not require killing a dragon, as some people get lucky (with the 1/50 chance of an egg in dragon chests) without killing a dragon.

-Myrmex pickaxe excluded from workbench and Myrmex Tinkers' tool level dropped to stone to prevent a material skip.
