Materials of Progression: Adept

More daily fixes and tweaks:

-Sand now properly drops with tools of bronze level or higher.

-StatusEffectHUD disable by default due to an FPS drop bug linked to it.

-DynamicSoundingsHUD now enabled by default.

-Hellfire Forge now uses silver to craft instead of iron.

Due to complaints/requests:

-Dark Nether turned off by default.  Nether will now have vanilla light.

-Bedrock fog turned off by default.

-Biome fog turned off by default. (The fog in swamps)
