More fixes and tweaks:

-Fixed pickaxe head NBT messing up stone level Tinkers' tool quest.

-Biomes o Plenty woods, and other modded woods fully added to PyroTech processes.

-Biomes o Plenty woods, and other modded woods fully added to TE SawMill.

-Blood moon config error, of having both 5% and 27th night fixed to just 27th night.

-Meat Jerkies removed from Stone Oven to not conflict with cooked meats.

-Blacklisted dragon bone pickaxe from Work Tables to prevent a bronze skip.

-Reduced dragon bone mining level in Tinkers' to stone for the same reason.   Same as normal bone but much more durability.
