💡 Zusammenfassung: +18 Mods insgesamt. Der Update-Schwerpunkt liegt auf der vollen Integration von Create, dem Wechsel zu nativen NeoForge-Performance-Mods (Embeddium/Oculus) und einem kompletten Kartentausch (JourneyMap → Xaero's).
