Description
Many Magics is an Ars Nouveau centered pack. It features many tweaks to integrate content better and incentivize exploration.
Features:
- Unrestricted enchanting: many mutual exclusions have been removed
- Increased difficulty; seasons, thirst, armored mobs, mob variety, and rarely, hordes of mobs
- Aether, Otherside, and Twilight Forest dimensions, with modified loot tables
- Multiple food mods that provide hearty meals with exploration-supporting buffs
- Horses have better stats and control better; mount summoning
- Mods made by me to reduce content gaps and removal of content overlaps
- multiple visual mods and support for shaders
Readme:
- Make a Hearthstone as soon as you can.
- This pack is designed for cooperative play. It is fully playable alone, but you will find it much easier with friends
- Inventory Profiles config menu hotkey is set to I+P
- Thirst does not prevent health regeneration, but you can die of dehydration and regen causes dehydration
- FTB Ultimine requires full Thirst to use and is limited to 16 blocks
- This pack includes the DiscCord mod, which allows players to set Music Discs to their own music. If you want to use this feature, you will need manually download some software OR enable the config options in
config/disccord-client.tomlthat automatically downloads them. Please read the DiscCord mod page for more information. - There's no Waystones, but Warp Nexuses perform a similar function. Each player can only store 9 Nexus Scrolls. Renaming Nexus Warp Scrolls shows that name in the Nexus GUI. You can teleport cross-dimensionally.
Server Owners:
- Server will pause when no players are online (Ready Player Fun mod)
