Tweaks

• reduced max stack size of Heart Canisters from 10 to 5
• reduced Ars Elemental armor mana regen bonus from 4 to 1 per piece
• reduced Ars Elemental focus mana discount from 25% to 10%
• disabled wearing duplicate bangles from Ars Elemental (2 __different__ bangles can still be worn)
• disabled wearing more than one Charm of Undying from Ars Additions
• reduced rewards from Hellish Fortress gateway (this was actually done a while back)
• taglocks are usable in claims (as are beds and coffins)
• Botania should work in claims

Removals

• disabled Echoing Strikes (once again, existing scrolls may work fine)
• blacklisted the Slayer enchant (**your weapons are safe; they just lose the Slayer enchant. other stuff stays**)
• blacklisted MANY mobs from Drygmy Farms (they can still be put in jars for transport/decor)
• blacklisted Atomic Disassembler (and the Meka Tool)
• blacklisted Mekanism flamethrower

Notable

• Taglocks of any player can now be crafted. Good luck.
