General recipe changes

• Ore recycling output doubled - both deepslate and normal stone

• Removed recipe for Create: Diesel Generators’ plant oil - seed oil from Create Gourmet still present

Coin recipe changes

• Added recipes for item -> coins

• Added a few recipes for coins -> items

• Reduced coin pile costs from 64 coins of the same type to 16

• Same for cutting piles to individual coins

• Increased coin tier ups from 3 piles to 4 piles per higher tier coin made

• Reduced mana cost for coin tier-ups by 50%

• Decreased cost for down-tiering coins from 2 of higher tier to 1

Other changes

• Fuel values buffed

• Raw mana - double SU capacity, 60 RPM -> 64 RPM, 5 Mb/t -> 4 mB/t

• Other fuels - double SU capacity
