As an added bonus, anyone interested in agriculture might appreciate farmer's delight, which can of course also be automated to a certain extent.
Beyond that, there's a bunch of vanilla+ mods that making playing casually enjoyable aswell.
Since it's on 1.21.1, there isn't much i can do until more create addons get updated so uh, for any people willing to beta test, i'll be glad to hear your feedback on what i've got going now!
