Final goal of the pack is the Creative Cell from AE2. Think you can craft it? I can't garuantee it will be easy!
This modpack has mods such as Botania, ProjectE (as previously mentioned), Astral Sorcery, Mahou Tsukai, Create, Mekanism, Immersive Engineering, and many more!
One of the Major mod is CraftTweaker, with changes to recipes such as: Armor Progresion, Creative Items/Blocks, ProjectE Items, Avaritia Items, and more. I wouldn't call this modpack an "Expert Mode Modpack", however! - there are tons of quests and difficult recipes.
