Magic, Steam and Farming

-increased filter life x10 

-removed output from "filters" now you can add a hopper and keep it filled, with out it stopping due to no output room. 

turned mobends off for player model, so armor looks as intended.

set veinminer to go off on "sneak" by default 

a few other veinminer tweaks, can't figure out why the shears cant do leaves, but paxles with silk touch might work. (paxles harvested it, but I didnt have silktouch on atm
