-World restart required for upgrade from Release version 1.3c (honestly this is a different pack, if you like playing 1.3c make a new install to try this     one!

-Beta updates be sure to run /bq_admin default load (on server) to get the updated quest book.

-mod better questing updated, fixed issue with old server game not starting.
