WARNING: POTENTIAL WORLD BREAKING CHANGE.

Removes "Extra Disks" it clashed with the recently added "Extra Storage". If you have "Extra Disks" storage, note the UUID's before you upgrade, then recover the disk contents with '/refinedstorage disk create'.

Added Quantum Storage for storing all the things (individually).

Added EnderChests and EnderTanks for remotely accessing all the things (the fluids are things to).
