Changelog

-Removed the craftweaker remval on the needed blade to start blood magic

-changed Refining Bee to only use Normal controller only and none of the colored as it didn't like the tag placed in its coded

-Blood magic updated back to newest version (BloodMagic-1.16.4-3.1.10-32) as bug with servers hopfully should be fixed, if this isn't the case pleas edowngrade to the last working version for server (BloodMagic-1.16.4-3.1.7-27) on both cient and server and let me know
