New To Update

- Made server commands on by default for Skyblock mod (this should make it easier to make new islands and can be disabled in the config)

- Rearranged 2 quests in chapter 9 so they made a bit more since

- Fixed as many spelling errors as I could (some still may remain so please still report what you can!)

- Added a recipe to runic ore as there seemed to be no way to get it (there was meant to be)
