Magic Gray Box Project

Another major update has arrived with Magic Gray Box Project 0.4.0!

"Enter Modularity" is the newest chapter that you can sink your resources into:
- Flux Crafters now have a bunch of recipes available, including Modular Routers and Laser IO
- Compact Crafting will kick off your entry into Ender IO and Powah
- Empowered crystals will let you step into Afrit territory for the next Occultism pentacles
- Afrits enable you to access Blazegold and indulge in new Just Dire Things technologies
- Bring these all together to enable automation for your Extended Crafting machines

Powah is now available for players with access to Flux Crafting!
- Powah crystal recipes use new materials for better cross-mod automation
- Dielectric Paste, now made through alloying, must be rolled into rods instead of crafted by hand

Apothic World Tiers have gotten more customization!
- Each tier has a focused rarity or gem quality
- Higher tiers and qualities are made available as you progress
- As your tier increases, so do your affix tiers and gem quality
- Wither, Netherite Monstrosity, and Ignis have each moved down a world tier to be fought sooner

Apothic Enchanting compat with Create: Enchantment Industry has been tuned down to suit the pack's progression:
- Create Enchantment Industry's new Apotheosis compatibility blocks require deeper progression to acquire
- Crystal Essence is more expensive
- Brass Bookshelf is more expensive and has lower Eterna/Quanta/Arcana caps

Buffs:
- Inks are now craftable for all rarities
- Sea and Whirlwind Prisms are now available with the T2 Forge

Nerfs:
- Explorer's Compass has fewer structures that it can find
 - If it has another finder from the mod it comes from, it will use that instead!
- Wayward Compass (finds Dead King's Catacombs) now requires a Soul Bead to craft
- Soul Enchanter now needs a currently-unavailable Soul Binding Crystal
- Cinderous Soulcaller now needs a T3 Forge and some Arcane Sands to craft
- T3 and T4 Forges are now properly gated to their intended progression points
- Evolved Mekanism's non-overworld ore gen has been removed
- Smelter Prism now requires Refined Firestone
- Summon Wilden ritual tablet now requires Empowerer progression
