Recipe Changes

• Silky Jewel now requires a silk touch book instead of an emerald
• Tool Forge now requires 4 steel plates instead of 4 iron plates
• MPS Force Field Emitter requires a warding focus, 2 Sun Grenade, 2 Ultimate Alloy, 2 flux amplifiers, and 2 Allf Glass
• Glowstone dust to Nitor via mana pool changed to glowstone block to 4x Nitor and 4x the mana
