Updated to 1.21

This update includes all the missing features between the 1.20 and 1.21 version.
Including the following:

  • New Spells
  • New Armor
  • Crafting Recipies for Rings and Necklaces
  • New Structure Decoration
  • Several bugfixes

Some things have been adjusted

  • Disabled some new spells (can be adjusted in config)
  • Generic Magic Treasure Loot has been reverted to match the 1.20.1 version (The new version nerfed the loot so that has just been reverted)
  • Using NeoForge modloader instead of Forge
  • Further adjusted structure spawning including preventing structure overlap
