Added Kaleidescope Tavern. We got alcohol!

Reactivated Steam and Rails, as it has a Release version. 

Updated all mods, except JEI Mekanism Multiblocks, to keep compatible with server.

Changed Forge version to 47.4.5 as that is the available one for server I use.
