Features Changes

1. Adjusted probabilities and contents of CS Treasure Boxes.
2. Added some minor quests.
3. Reconfigured boss health using config files.
4. Fixed Skeleto Saurus spawning issues.
5. Adapted divine affixes to the Arcane tier.
6. Disabled Nether Foxhound spawning (caused lag due to high numbers).
7. Adjusted boss performance: removed charge skills for most bosses, nerfed lifesteal values, and tweaked damage calculations.
8. Lucky Shield now grants +1% armor per level.
9. Added divine material drops to Cloud Demons and adjusted some boss drop rates (viewable in JEI).
