Lucky World Invasion Reloaded 1.3.2

Fixes

• Fixed a freeze that made a world unplayable after a while and came back on every restart. It came from the towers of stacked mobs a few lucky blocks drop: two mobs in the same spot made their ranged attacks aim at nothing, flooding the server every tick. Affected worlds recover as soon as they load.
• Two players buying from the same vending machine: the second one got the purchase feedback without the item. No levels were ever lost.
• Three drops that had never worked now do (Elemental and Energy lucky blocks).

Changes

• Dying costs your Lucky XP: all of it on a death, half when you go down in co-op. None of it is recoverable.
• Community lucky block addons now ship exactly as their authors published them, and the pack's own tweaks are applied while the game loads. Nothing changes in game.
