Fixes

• Vending machines found in the world always sold Tools stock, whatever their type. They now stock what they say. Machines already opened keep their old stock — the merchant's reroll (10 levels) fixes them.
• Lucky Events placed no lucky blocks when you were out in open water. They now appear in the water around you.

Changes

• Shared lives are configurable in the Lucky Tweaks config: base lives, plus extra lives per player in co-op. Per-player at 0 = the whole team on a single shared pool. Defaults unchanged (solo 1, duo 3, trio 4).
• The merchant's machine conversion lands on a random type instead of a fixed order (never the current one).
