Lovkar's MineColonies Ultimate 1.6.4

New in the pack:

• TownTalk - a lot more voice lines for the colonists, from Raycoms of the MineColonies team.
• Double Doors (with its library Collective) - a pair of doors, trapdoors or fence gates opens and closes as one.
• Clean Swing Through Grass - hit the mob standing in the tall grass instead of the grass.
• Better Third Person - a proper free-look third-person camera (client side only).

MineColonies 1.1.1397 - a small fix: slabs no longer stop colonists from swimming up out of water. Colonist Errands, Voyager, Colonist Thieves, Colonies at War and The Waking World were run against it on a dedicated server together with the new mods - the research gates, the huts, the graveyard and the errands tools all check out.

Everything else is the same as 1.6.3.
