Changes:

Added in a category called Veteran Achievements along with achievements that are meant for the end game in the achievement book.

Notes:

Sometimes the achievement book does not spawn in upon loading a new world. Therefore you can spawn it in via creative or by crafting it in survival if they're no cheats allowed.
