LOPA - Life of Plants and Animals FABRIC

This update is will remove things. I would recommend a new world or at least expect some terrain changes to occur. I've had to remove a few mods that were conflicting against one another, sorry if these affect you in any way.

Config Changes
Alex mobs have been adjusted
Desert Bandit spawn rate decreased
spiders decreased - Still spawning alot, due to lack of hostile mobs
Increased spawn rates - Hopefully this fixes the lack of mobs. Let me know if they are still low.
