Quick hotfix for 1.5.1, fixing the issue with some transformations and an odd mod conflict (I hope).

1. Removed Custom NPCs (Breaks Custom Transformations for the DBC Addon)
2. Fixed the issue with there being multiple BspkrsCore(s)
