Needs a bit more ram, futuristic and retro, hard modpack
It offers: Lots of tech mods, hardcore mods, quality of life mods, health mods, helping mods, mods that just help, mods that will make it harder, mods that will add stupid weapons, and mods that will add questionable weapons, armors and foods, including JEI (Just Enough Items) and Quark that both improve quality of the in game experience
"What does it change in the game?" really, not that much, I mean it makes it harder, but some mods make it easier, so kind of nothing in difficulty, now in playing, it is more grindy, having really good dimensions and mods.
