-Added two new reality chips (replacing crimson nether(chip 2) and skyblock(chip 11))
-Hopefully fixed initial poolroom generation issue

-Fixed the texture of sculk stairs/slabs to now be properly animated
-Fixed boats having ice physics on wet pool tiles
-Moved asset resources to kubejs instead of a texture pack
