Description
A modpack primarily focused on enhancing exploration, immersion, and providing vanilla tweaks. This mod preserves the core Minecraft feel while also adding much needed variety and incentives to explore and progress throughout your survival world. The 1.16.5 version is a very light modpack with fewer changes, but the new 1.20.1 version has a new modlist, which is sort of a mix between the lighter 1.16.5 version and my more intense and heavier exploration-centered modpack, Exploration Reinvented, found here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/exploration-reinvented
Notable Mods and Features (1.20.1)
Alex's Mobs, Exotic Birds, Aquaculture, More Mob Variants, Friends & Foes: Adds numerous mobs and variants, mostly non-hostile overworld ones. Config is customized to remove some mobs which do not fit the vanilla feel.
Ambient Sounds, Sounds Physics Remastered, Distant Horizons, Vibrant Journeys, Biomes O'Plenty, Fireflies, Presence Footsteps: Improve overworld ambience, visual quality, and immersion.
Yung's Better ..., Moog's Voyager and End Structures, Bygone Nether, Durt's Nether Dungeons, Towns and Towers,: Improve and add structures to the overworld, end, and nether.
Farmer's Delight and add-ons: Add more crops, foods, and recipes.
Marusjz's Progressive Difficulty and Enchantments: Adds progressive difficulty system (highly configured for this modpack) and enchantments.
Essential: Greatly improves multiplayer functionality with full-fledged friend system.
Numerous vanilla tweaks and performance improving mods are also included, along with distant-horizons compatible shaders for great visuals. See the modlist for more information.

Installation
Automatically through Curseforge launcher by downloading the desktop and installing this modpack, or manually by downloading the file from the website, unzipping using WINRAR or other software and dropping the individual mods into the mods folder in the .minecraft directory (this requires a forge install).
Performance Requirements
This is a fairly light modpack so it should be able to run well on lower and midrange PC's. If you want to run shaders, download Optifine externally here: https://optifine.net/downloads and add to your mods folder manually in curseforge using the open folder option found under the three dots by the orange play button. I recommend BSL, Complimentary Shaders, and Sildurs vibrant Shaders. You can also add external shaderpacks using the same method as optifine, but with external shaders using the shaderpacks fodler. If you are experiencing low framerates I would recommend turning off shaders, putting graphics settings to low, and using the optimal Optifine settings, guide here: https://gameplayerr.com/best-optifine-settings-for-fps/. If you are experiencing inconsistent framerate and stuttering I would recommend allocating more RAM to Minecraft, Guide for how to allocate RAM to Minecraft Forge here: https://cubedhost.com/help/en/articles/1648388-how-do-i-allocate-more-memory-to-my-minecraft-launcher-client-side.
