* bcc-common.toml - Updated modpackVersion attribute.
* cobblegenrandomizer.toml - Restored custom cobble gen options. Added a few more custom catalyst generators.
* defaultoptions\keybindings.txt - Changed Mana and Artifice selector wheel to R. Changed Framed Blocks culling update to F8.
* defaultoptions\options.txt - Updated default scaling to Auto. Set distortion effects to 50%.
* waystones-common.toml - Inverted XP cost for distance between waystones. Increased maximum base XP cost to 6. Reduced XP cost for leashed animals to 0. Reduced dimensional warp cost to 0 XP. Changed global waystone XP modifier to 0.25. Added the Ender Dragon to the leashedDenyList. Reduced warp stone cooldown to 60 seconds. Changed global waystone cooldown modifier for warp stones to 0.25. Set the forceSpawnInVillages back to false.
