We added FTB QUESTS to create a more dynamic world with challenges to complete, and also CREATE WRAPPED to celebrate Christmas. We also added many, many small mods that change some recipes...

I tried adding mods like THERMAL EXPANSION and CREATE STEAM 'N' RAILS, or NATURALIST, but unfortunately, they haven't reached version 1.21.1 yet.

If you want me to add any mods or mechanics to the modpack, write in the comments and I'll be happy to read and I'll definitely test the mods you suggest!
