Adding a bit of flavor to the everyday Minecraft world...

Lemon was designed --first of all-- to expand upon vanilla features and create a well-rounded experience while still feeling familiar. For example, you won't find RF in this pack: instead, check out the redstone steampunk Create mod. Easing vanilla's occasional grind to allow playing the game without boredom (while also staying balanced) was also kept in mind. That's the reason FTB Ultimine, an Ore Excavation alternative, was added.

Thanks to mods from MC Abnormal and others, the world feels a lot more alive, with changes to the swamps, oceans, caves, forests, and outer end islands. There's even seasons! Tip: for farming out of season crops, try keeping them underground or in a greenhouse. Tropical Biomes, which only have wet and dry seasons, can only support crops fertile in the summertime.

Also, to make the downgrade to 1.15.2 a little easier, Extended Nether Backport brings most 1.16.3 features to 1.15.2
