v1.6 Now With Sprinkles

The Veinminer Update:

       I tried to add most every tool onto the veinminer config.
I may have some missed some. If you find any message me on
curse forge or one of my social links. I may have missed it
for balance or just forgot it. also created recipes for all
the parts to create the flux crusher(all were missing).
Hardcore darkness was removed to due to glitchy lighting
issues.  -Woody-
