Config Changes:

• Removed all blocks from Ocean Expansion that does not parity 1.13
• Changed recipes for Tiny Progression obsidian tools/armor to include reinforced obsidian ingot to avoid conflicting crafting recipe with Actually Addition's obsidian tools/armor
• Changed recipes for Actually Additions Emerald tools/armor to avoid conflict with Tiny Progression Emerald tools/armor recipe

Changes/Additions:

• Added custom panorama via resourcepack
• Added LDShadowlady's custom BSL shader settings from Empires S1 onward
• Added BSL shaders with Rudoplays shader-like lighting

• Alfheim Lighting Engine (for performance)
