Mod updates and Distant Horizons tuning.

Updated 16 mods. The ones that matter:
- Sophisticated Backpacks: fixes item loss and duplication with nested backpacks
- Open Parties and Claims: fixes a crash using FTB Teams for party-owned claims
- FTB XMod Compat: fixes a crash with recent Waystones versions
- Balm: fixes other mods' screen overrides being blocked
- Forgified Fabric API, Sophisticated Core, FTB Library, ModernFix, C2ME,
  Xaero's Minimap and World Map, Climbable Ropes, and others

Distant Horizons LOD downloads are much faster by default. The stock settings
capped each player at 500 KB/s; that limit is now effectively lifted and the
request rate limits are maxed, so distant terrain fills in far quicker on
servers. CPU and thread settings are unchanged.
