Recipe, description, config, and EMC tweaks

Recipe tweaks:

-Wyvern Energy Cores instead of Fluix Pearls for Infinity Booster Cards (because the end product is worth the effort, even if short-lived)

-Wyvern Core instead of Draconic Core for Wireless Transmitter

-Draconium Block can be made from a Starlight Infusion of Block of Dragonstone (allowing Botania and Astral Sorcery to act as an additional role in the endgame)

-Enrichment chamber now gives 4 Obsidian Dust (matching Thermal Expansion)

-Obsidian Powder from EnderIO was unused/uncraftable, so it has been hidden

-Added EMC value of 16 to Obsidian Dust and Pulverised Obsidian

-Added EMC value of 16 to Refined Obsidian Dust and Refined Obsidian (the material for the Metallurgic Infuser)

(Notable mention: Railcraft does not seem to plug into Crafttweaker, so instead of removing the Rock Crusher or something I instead leave it as a low-tech option to get approximately 1.5 dusts out of every Obsidian block instead of 4.)

Description added to Infinity Booster Cards. Use it to remember this pack is not entirely default.

Config tweaks:

-Infinity Booster Cards last longer (2 energy consumed every second instead of 30)

-Infinity Booster Cards will no longer drop from Endermen, but still drop from Wither bosses at a less than default chance (due to better ability to craft/exchange/farm and that they last longer than default)

To-dos:

-Figure out why the Thaumcraft Crucible duplication recipe for Draconium doesn't want to work

-Also totally forgot to integrate more of Thaumcraft, Botania (though there is an optional usage), and Astral (since you can make Draconium Blocks with a little know-how at tier 0)

-Integrate Forestry & its add-ons

Maybes:

-Clean-up for the tech tree to better integrate materials and recipes (in many places I prefer to stick to the default, in others they could use some intensifying or integration to make things more interesting and rewarding)

-Make XP feel more useful?

-Silent's Gems EMC values

-Better incorporation of vanilla Minecraft materials & mechanics

-Incorporate Railcraft, or make Railcraft somehow more useful
